Theme for RIG exploration: Governor Induction and Development

One of the topics covered by ‘Who governs our schools?’ is Governor Induction and Development. This is an under-researched aspect of governing schools and colleges. Our task is to develop some research questions to guide future enquiry into this theme. Please bring your ideas and any details of any evaluative work you are aware of in relation to governor induction and/or governor development. 

‘Expert witnesses’ may be available to provide some support for this item.
