Register Now: BELMAS AGM 2020


The BELMAS Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday 18 September using Zoom from 10:00 am to 10:45 am (BST).  All members are being invited to vote online on Council elections and other resolutions in advance of the AGM and to pre-submit any questions to the Executive. In addition to the Zoom meeting, members will also be able to review the AGM proceedings and to ask any further questions after a period of reflection.

During the AGM, the BELMAS Chair, Rehana Shanks, and members of the Executive, will report on the Society's activities and answer pre-submitted questions. In addition, the results of online voting will be announced.  

Members are invited to follow the link below to access the online voting form.  This provides details of the vacancies on Council and the nominated candidates. In addition, the form provides the opportunity to ask the Executive a question on the Trustees' report which can be downloaded below.

Voting has now closed

The AGM will be in webinar format with all participants muted except for the members of the Executive. Questions will not be taken from members during the meeting and members are therefore encouraged to submit their questions on the voting form before the deadline of 6 September.  In addition to addressing members' questions during the AGM, the Executive expect to publish them and the corresponding answer subsequently and to facilitate further opportunities for members to engage following a period of reflection.
