BELMAS attends the CASEA Conference (Canadian Association for the study of Educational Administration)

BELMAS enjoys a close relationship with the Canadian Association for the Study of Educational Administration (CASEA). CASEA holds an annual conference, similar to the BELMAS one, but it takes place within a much larger conference, that of the Canadian Society for the Study of Education (CSSE). This means that attendees at the CASEA conference have the opportunity to take part in leadership and management activities, but also in a wider discussion of education. CASEA holds a special session at conference for BELMAS members, and many people have found this to be a friendly and useful way to present a paper internationally, perhaps for the first time. Every year, a call for interest goes out from the BELMAS office, usually in the Autumn Term. Megan Crawford is in charge of the process, and would be happy to answer any queries.
