Journal Access FAQ

onlineaccess

Accessing the journals online is an efficient and environmentally friendly way to keep up to date with the latest content from MIE and EMAL. It also grants you access to a library of issues dating back to the 1970s.

How does it work?

Member access to the journals is granted via a one-time process on the BELMAS website. To do this, visit 'Access Journals Online' and log in. Once logged in, click on either MIE or EMAL and wait to be re-directed to SAGE website. This will register your current device/browser as a BELMAS user and any subsequent visits to the SAGE website on that device will grant you access to the BELMAS journals. If you receive our newsletter, we recommend that you make sure to complete this process on the device you use to access it. This is so you are granted instant access to any journal articles linked there.

Please note, you will need to repeat this process on any new device or browser.

I clicked on the other journal titles and it won't let me access them?

To access Leadership, Organization, Action Research, or Qualitative Inquiry, please make sure you have visited the SAGE website using the process above. Once you have done this, return to the 'Access Journals Online' page and click on any of the other journals. You should now have access.

None of this is working! I need help...
