BELMAS launched its first ever Strategic Plan in January 2023 following a year of consultation and reflection as we head into the next 50 years. The progress of this plan is reported to the Board of Trustees (Council) through a KPI Dashboard which is updated by the BELMAS Office and can downloaded on this page.
Each year, the Board meets in December to discuss the Strategic Plan, review the year’s successes and adapt to the future. This is always part of a two-day residential that includes externally provided Trustee training and the final Trustees meeting of the calendar year.
