BELMAS launched its inaugural Strategic Plan in January 2023, following a year of extensive consultation and reflection as we look forward to the next 50 years. The progress of this plan is regularly reported to the Board of Trustees (Council) through a KPI Dashboard. This dashboard is updated by the BELMAS Office and can be downloaded from this page.
Each year, the Board convenes to discuss the Strategic Plan, review the year’s successes, and plan for the future. This meeting is part of a two-day residential event that includes externally provided Trustee training and budget planning.
