BELMAS operates a 35 hour working week, with all employees working remotely. When you start, you will be given everything you need to succeed, from a laptop and equipment to ensure working from home is as comfortable as possible, to a three day face-to-face induction with the Executive Officer, coffee with your on-boarding buddy and ongoing support through your regular 121s.
We like to work hard and smart and while each employee has specific duties, we work together as a team to ensure we deliver for our members.
