An annual general meeting (AGM) is a yearly gathering of the Charity’s Trustees and the BELMAS Membership. At the AGM, the Trustees present an annual report containing information for the Membership about the charity’s financial performance and strategy.
The AGM agenda is designed in order to approve the audited accounts for the previous year and the affiliations of which BELMAS are members and pay subscription fees to. Any other business is highlighted at the time the event tickets are published.
There is an opportunity for members to ask the Trustees a question by submitting them in advance of the meeting.
