The BELMAS 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM agenda was to approve the change in legal status from a Charitable Company to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). We approved the audited accounts for 2022 and the affiliations of which BELMAS are members and pay subscription fees to.
There was an opportunity for members to ask the Trustees questions by submitting them in advance of the meeting.
