Tickets go on sale: Week commencing 4th January 2027.
Tickets will be available via the ‘Tickets’ tab or the ‘Book Now’ button on the sidebar.
To reduce last-minute withdrawals, accepted authors must register and purchase tickets by the Early Bird deadline. Presentations without at least one registered author by this date will be removed from the programme without exception.

The Saturday Gala Dinner can be purchased at an additional cost of £60.00 (GBP) per person.
Prices DO NOT include accommodation.
All non-member tickets include the option to receive a free one-year BELMAS membership. A member of our team will be in touch after registration.

At the time of booking payment is required in full. We cannot offer instalment options as unfortunately it is not possible for BELMAS as a charitable organisation. This is down to the fact the payment gateway providers don’t allow charities to use this function as it is, in effect, a finance agreement with them.
You will be asked during checkout if you require a visa support letter. These can only be issued after you purchase a ticket. BELMAS accepts no responsibility for late visa applications in accordance with our Refunds Policy.

All accepted papers will be included in the Book of Abstracts, available to purchase online for £12.00 GBP.
