On this occasion, we will be launching a new book edited by two of the RIG Co-Convenors – Pontso Moorosi and Victoria Showunmi.

Pontso Moorosi (Author, Co-Convenor)
Pontso Moorosi is an associate professor at The University of Warwick. Her research interrogates gender inequality in educational leadership through the lenses of intersectionality and post-coloniality.
Victoria Showunmi (Author, Co-Convenor)
Professor Victoria Showunmi is a leading scholar in gender, race, and identity, whose conceptually driven work is grounded in robust empirical research on the experiences of Black girls and Black women in education and the workplace. Her research critically examines issues of psychological safety, leadership, and equity, contributing to more inclusive and transformative environments.
