The Institutional Reform RIG is hosting a session at the BELMAS Conference entitled ‘Institutional Reform RIG: Ways Forward’.
This is an opportunity for BELMAS members to help shape the direction of the new Institutional Reform RIG.
The RIG concerns how organisations and their structures affect educational leadership. We are seeking contributions from relevant researchers that have data on organisations in the UK (such as say MATS or Academy schools – though it can be other organisations too) and from other countries globally. We seek to understand changing patterns internationally.
Our Conference meeting will be very open and we look forward to contributions from members that can help shape our direction. You are particularly welcome if you are involved in any projects in this area. Hosted by Co-Convenor, Dr Mark Gibson.
