CONFERENCE EVENT: Post-16 ELM RIG

The Post-16 Educational Leadership and Management RIG is hosting a session at the BELMAS Conference both in person and online to discuss updates from the RIG’s relaunch event in June 2025 and some of the current published work in the field of curriculum and CPD leadership in FE.

Co-Convenors, Kevin Richardson and Abdulla Sodiq, will be at the event in-person, with Co-Convenor, Alan Johnston, joining us online.

The agenda includes:

• Paper (online) by Samantha Jones, Principal Lecturer, University of Hertfordshire: FE Leadership and FE practitioner–researcher-led, initiative to share and develop capacity for research and scholarship
• Audiences will be in invited to join the RIG and the new Post-16 Education Leadership blog
• Delegates will be invited to interact with the RIGs’ LinkedIn platform and other social media platforms

Delegates who have registered for the conference, please register your interest using the ‘In Person’ option in the ticket tab to attend this session.

For online attendance, please use the ‘online’ option in the ticket tab. Registration for online attendance will close at midnight (UK) on Wednesday 2nd July 2025.

Please note, this event is free to BELMAS members and £5.00 for non-members. To ensure you receive your free ticket, please log in on the BELMAS website before booking. 

If you pay the non-member fee to attend and then become a BELMAS Member within a month of the event taking place, please let us know and we will refund the £5 fee.
