The Race and Leadership RIG invites you to a workshop on its theme of the year, ‘Global Imperatives for Race and Leadership’.
We will break this down into three areas:
The workshop provides a space for Freedom Dreaming, built on the Black Radical imagination, to support future visions, new modes of analysis and new ways of being together in times that require international solidarity (Kelley, 2022).
During the workshop, we will reimagine approaches to navigating challenges through freedom-dreaming-solutions that disrupt dominant leadership narratives, deviate deliberately from the colonial and centre knowledge creation beyond the mainstream.
