Following the strong success of the LPD RIG’s webinar series, the Leadership Preparation and Development Research Interest Group (RIG) hosted an event on Tuesday 26th May 2026, entitled ‘Leadership Preparation and Development – Global Perspectives Part III’.
We were joined by guest speakers, Dr Köksal Banoğlu, Professor Christopher Bezzina and Dr Midori Ueda, who offered important insights into leadership preparation and development within the contexts of Turkey, Malta, and Japan.
