We invite you to the next event from the Leadership, Preparation and Development (LPD) RIG entitled, ‘Principals’ Emotional Labour in Challenging Times’.
During this event, we will be joined by Swedish guest speakers, Lill Langelotz and Anette Forssten Seiser, who will present a pilot study and recently launched research project focusing on principals’ emotional labour in challenging times.
We will also be joined by a panel of Practitioners made up of Scottish Headteachers, Megan Gardner and Allan Lynn, and Australian Principals, Toni Meath and Campbell McKay.
We invite any principals attending to share their experiences on this theme during this session.
