The Emergent Researcher Research Interest Group (ER RIG) is a collaborative networking group designed specifically for emerging researchers interested in advancing the study of educational management, administration and leadership. The ER RIG aims to cultivate a supportive and engaging environment where scholars and practitioners can connect, share knowledge, and contribute to the development of contemporary research.
The group welcomes all masters students, PhD students, early career researchers and practitioners to join the co-convenors, who are passionate about creating a space for emergent researchers and practitioners to come together, share ideas, and learn from one another. The co-convenors work actively to organise events, workshops, and updates, offering valuable opportunities for scholarly development.
Becoming a member of the Emergent Researcher RIG is about being part of a collaborative and progressive community. The co-convenors look forward to welcoming you and supporting you as you develop as a researcher.
Common themes discussed in the RIG include shared experiences of emergent researchers and pracademics, navigating the early career researcher journey, approaches to research and much more.
