Who We Are and What We Do

The Inclusion Leadership Research Interest Group (IL RIG) is open to anyone who is interested in researching fundamentals of inclusion in its broadest sense within a framework of leadership. This includes educational leaders, practitioners, researchers and research students globally. We are a re-established RIG which is looking to increase awareness and understanding of the important of inclusive leadership and practice.

Background and Themes

As we are a re-established RIG we are looking to built upon previous practice while also expanding connections and sharing of good practice globally.

Topics and Subject Matters Covered by this RIG

Our thematic scope covers those who have been traditionally marginalised and underrepresented within education and research.
