The Organisational Reform RIG, formally known as the Structural/Institutional Reform RIG, has emerged from a programme of small scale research projects funded by BELMAS over the period 2011-2013.
The focus of the group’s work is on reform and change in educational organisations, both within the UK and globally.

Different emerging models of leadership that may occur from organisational reform
Development in our understanding of the role of leadership in organisational change

Special issues on the research projects have been published in Educational Management Administration and Leadership (Vol. 42 no. 3, 2014) and Management in Education (Vol 29, no. 1, 2015).
