The latest event from the BELMAS Post-16 Research Interest Group took place online on Wednesday 7th June. This was the first event in a three-part online series entitled ‘#LeadingWithEmpathy’, when Rob Smith asked the question, ‘how can leadership in FE stay human amidst the collapse of neoliberal models of leadership?’
