Keynote Speakers

The Keynote Speakers for the BELMAS 2025 conference were: Prof. Ann Lopez, Prof. Toby Greany and Prof. Megan Crawford.

Megan Crawford hosted ‘The People’s Panel’ which took place at 2.15pm on Friday 4th July. The discussion panel, made up of Charles F. Webber, Meng Tian, Mike Bottery and Judy Chandler, touched both on the conference theme, ‘Turbulence, Reform and Development in Educational Leadership, Management and Administration’, and other ‘hot topics’ in International Educational Leadership.

Ann Lopez delivered her keynote on Saturday 5th July at 1pm, with focus on her abstract, ‘A Call to Action: Sustenance, Determination, and Hope in Challenging Times’. You can watch the Zoom recording of Ann’s keynote speech below.

Toby Greany delivered his keynote on Sunday 6th July at 9am, with focus on his abstract, ‘Sustaining School Leadership in Turbulent Times’. You can watch the Zoom recording of Toby’s keynote speech below.
